Dressed Up Cat handbags are all high quality, beautifully made, typically all leather bags that I have personally "rescued" from abandonment and neglect as recent outcasts from someone's closet.  (SO sad...)  The same goes for all the things I use as embellishments.  Jewelry, feathers from a boa, big belt buckles; all rescued.
